It was so good to hear from you, Our days
at Brooklyn Elementary are through. But we still remain chums, So sound the drums! Times at Brooklyn were so fun, We
miss it a ton! We had good teachers who knew how to teach, And never had to preach. Like Ms. Martinelli And Mr.
Klahn with his big belly. Mrs. Brashi And the secretary named Lee.
Mrs. Masshardt
Who told Pamela not to fart. Mr. Hockett
in PE And the librarian Mrs. Daly. Then there was band with Mr. Cornwell, And Mr. Jung who wanted us mentally well. Mr.
Wachter in art, And Erv Meister with his cleaning cart. "Hats" off to Mrs. Wroblewski And Mrs. Johnson with Uncle
Wiggily! Then there was Mrs. Boucher, And Mrs. Mihlbauer who looked liked Mary Kay. Don't forget Betty, so sharp
snd keen, You could get away with so much more on Schulz's team! It was so fun when Mrs. Garner sang Patch the
Pony, To our little friend Tony! Mrs. Abrams, a sweet and kind lady, Not like Mr. Z, who was kind of shady! Mr.
Taylor an astronaut to be, Mrs. Irwin directing the first grade spelling bee. Mrs. Joyce out at recess, who watched
us play four square, And Mrs. Weigand, who taught us how to care. Don't forget the lunch lady Mable, Who put all
the food on the table. This webpage is the key, In honor of Brooklyn Elementary! This has been so much fun, Brooklyn
is number one!
We had so many friends in that little school
on
Division Street.
We can't wait until we all reunite and meet!
So tell everyone you see,
About the webpage in honor of Brooklyn Elementary.
We need to find every last bobcat,
